Whatever happened to Spencer Hill?

The Luckiest Citizen Of All is the sequel to Spencer Hill (the guy who first pressed Record and then wondered what to play). The new CD is filled with various styles and instruments on 25 instrumental tracks. A single from the album will be “Steve, Do The Right Thing” covered with remixes and outtakes. The album, “Once, he was”, is out May 22 and the single will follow a couple of weeks later.

The Luckiest Citizen Of All E.P. plus Boby, Boby album

Problem 1: To release “Spencer Hill is The Luckiest Citizen Of All E.P.” on CD, and not only as downloads, would be far too expensive.
Problem 2: Spencer Hills first album, “Boby, Boby” have been deleted because of the samples on three of the bonus tracks.

Solution: Both titles becomes a 15 track full length album. Release in a couple of days!

At last, new EP from Spencer Hill

Spencer Hill have finally been in the studio again, thirteen years after “Boby, Bobyâ€?. But in the same time it’s like a farewell. With the song “Over The Hillâ€?, Spencer says goodbye, and he does it in style. Reminding of TV classics like “Hawaii 5-0″ with Kjell Häglund as guest on piano. Kjell also plays the distorted organ solo in the JTQ inspired “Take It Awayâ€?, while Spencer himself plays Harry J All Stars on the ska track “Spencer’s Revengeâ€?. The final, “Some Sunny Dayâ€?, reminds of the line from “We’ll Meet Againâ€? and reveals that this might be the end of Spencer Hill, but in the same time the beginning of something else; Spencer Hill is The Luckiest Citizen Of All.

Spencer Hill’s long lost album finally released

Recorded in 1992, but never previously released. Former M.O.M.S.-member Spencer Hill’s “Boby Boby”-soundtrack is first CD out on Bendi Records.
