With a nod and a wink to the best of British pop and rock, for Eurovox life began in 2004 with the simple and singular concept of writing good, solid guitar driven pop with a taste of familiarity.

Songwriter and front man Mat Hammond teamed up with bass player Steve Flores, drummer Jeff Tellez and long-time friend and producer Robbie Watson (ex-Speedometors, who as a Londoner himself, understands implicitly the culinary art that is British pop) with a collection of songs that would form the lifeblood of the band and work began immediately on the arrangement and recording of the bands debut, "This is… Eurovox". The CD was released in 2005 on Watsons Saville Row Recordings, and it was bursting at the seams with Mod Power Pop with the energy level at top notch reminiscent of the days of The Jam or The Chords in full flight.

Eurovox continue to receive a terrific reaction to the album on both sides of the Atlantic since it’s release and critical reviews have been nothing but positive. In addition, they have been added to both terrestrial and Internet radio, and Mod Radio UK is just one example of a "great" review plus airplay.

Principally from the UK the group currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with regular trips back to Europe. Eurovox are currently playing packed shows in the Southwest and California plus gigs in other US states.

Eurovox have been welcomed into the Mod/Scooter scene in both the UK and the US and the word is spreading, they are also appealing to music fans outside the group’s obvious base.

Just in time for the second album, Bendi releases "This is… Eurovox" once again. Slightly different sleeve but same great music!
